1. Minimum Order Requirements
“No Minimum Orders! However, there is a minimum spend of $25 per order. For our weekly subscribers, we offer a special discount as a token of appreciation for their commitment.’’
2. Delivery terms
“All deliveries will be made within a defined service area and during specified delivery windows, as agreed upon by both parties. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. Any delivery changes or requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to ensure service availability.’’
3. Payment terms
“Payments for all deliveries are due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments can be made via debit/credit card. All orders will be billed based on the final confirmed delivery, including applicable taxes and fees. Any adjustments to orders or delivery fees will be handled through the billing process.”
4. Storage and Handling Requirements
“Wellpreps meals must be stored in a refrigerated environment at or below 40°F (4°C) to maintain freshness and quality. Improper storage will void any quality guarantees.”
5. Cancellation and Modifications Policy
“Order modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.’’
6. Branding and Resale
“All Wellpreps meals must be sold in their original packaging, which includes proper labeling for ingredients, nutritional information, and branding. Any co-branding or marketing materials featuring Wellpreps products must receive prior written approval.”
7. Liability and Responsibility
“Wellpreps is not responsible for any spoilage or loss of quality due to improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup. It is the retailer’s responsibility to adhere to recommended storage guidelines.”
